The 156th season is starting

We are happy to annonce that our shops have opened theirs doors since saturday September, 5th.

We will bake and sell our nougats all the way to Christmas.

A free laboratory tour is avaliable from September, 15th to November 15. Regarding to Covid safety rules, the tours are only performed when the staff is on rest on saturdays and sundays at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 3:00PM and 4:00PM.

A new season is beginning

Our shop located in the small village of Signes and our online shop open their doors today (Saturday, September 09, 2017) … almost … Because Thursday when we set up our showcase, we opened our store to judge the outcome and customers took advantage of it to enter and begin shopping. At that time we did not have all our nougat ready; white nougat bars were still in process.

Anyway, we are now setup and we welcome you every day from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays included).

If you wish to visit the factory, you should reserve your tickets in advance at 04 94 90 88 01 or by email at contact@nougat-fouque.com < / a>. Free visits take place at 9:30 am, 2:30 pm or 3 pm and last approximately 20 minutes from september 9th to november 15th.

2017 openning

We are pleased to announce the opening of our internet shop and our shop in the village of Signes.

We will welcome you from Saturday 09 September 2017 every day from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm (Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays included).

Here we go again !

This year, our nougat factory and our shop will be open on Saturday, September 10, 2016 for the 152th time.

With more good news for gourmets: first purchase price of almonds is finally reasonable and allowed us to achieve a reduction in our sales prices. Then we have reduced the use of plastic materials and we have adopted a new packaging that greatly reduces the risk of adherence to our black nougat.

But rest assured, despite all these innovations, our recipes and our expertise remain unchanged, the faithful copper cauldrons are waiting for you and once again. We also have worked hard to get exceptional quality honeys and almonds.
